I quite enjoyed the irreverence of Hotel Peccadillo. It takes no prisoners in poking fun at people's sexual foibles and hypocrisies. The set and staging was terrific with some unusual twists. The acting was at the usual high level with several excellent performances.
There adaption and direction is by Morris Panych. He often uses contemporary language in an historical setting. It doesn't seem real and I felt it seemed contrived. But all in all, an enjoyable evening. I gave it a 2.5 out of 4.
