1 pound 1lbalmonds, whole & unblanched 1egg whites 1Tcurry powder 1tsalt 2tsugar Whisk egg white with spices. Add almonds and stir to coat. Butter a large cookie sheet. Spread coated almonds on the cookie sheet and bake in 325°F oven, until lightly toasted, turning almonds now and then to prevent sticking and to even out toasting. Allow to cool thoroughly before storing.
